At Launch In Purpose, LLC, our programs are designed to help youth and young adults ages 14–24 build the skills, confidence, knowledge, and support systems needed to succeed in employment, education, and life.
We provide practical workforce development and professional development services while also addressing the barriers that can prevent young people from moving forward.

Participants receive hands-on support to help them prepare for and successfully enter the workforce.

Our youth-focused programming introduces participants ages 14–17 to career pathways, employment expectations, and professional environments before they enter the workforce full-time.

Participants may be connected with mentors, workforce professionals, community leaders, and other supportive adults who can provide encouragement, accountability, guidance, and career exposure.

For participants interested in continuing their education or pursuing skilled trades, Launch In Purpose provides guidance to help them understand available pathways.

The Purpose Closet helps participants access professional clothing and essential items needed for interviews, employment, internships, career fairs, and other professional opportunities.
Our goal is to ensure that a lack of appropriate attire does not prevent a young person from confidently pursuing an opportunity.

Transportation can often be a barrier to employment and professional development.
When funding and program resources are available, eligible participants may receive transportation assistance to support attendance at:

Our relationship with participants does not necessarily end once employment begins.
Launch In Purpose provides continued support to help participants successfully adjust to the workplace, navigate challenges, and build long-term employment stability.
Eligible participants may also have opportunities to receive retention incentives based on program requirements and available funding.

Launch In Purpose also works with schools, employers, government agencies, community organizations, and other partners to provide customized workforce and professional development programming.
