Launch In Purpose, LLC is a youth and young adult workforce and professional development organization dedicated to helping individuals ages 14–24 discover their strengths, prepare for meaningful opportunities, and build the skills needed to succeed in employment, education, and life.
Founded by Eileen Perry alongside her children, Amiya Perry and Micah Coleman, Launch In Purpose is a family-owned organization built with a vision of purpose, legacy, and generational impact. Their shared ownership reflects the organization’s commitment to creating opportunities not only for today’s youth, but for future generations of young people and families.
We believe young people need more than a job opportunity. They need preparation, exposure, encouragement, resources, mentorship, and continued support that helps them confidently move toward long-term success.
Launch In Purpose was created to help bridge the gap between potential and opportunity by providing practical career-readiness services and supportive programming that prepares participants for the workforce while also helping them develop personally and professionally.
Our mission is to equip youth and young adults with the skills, resources, guidance, and support needed to successfully transition into employment, education, career pathways, and greater independence.
Through workforce development, mentorship, professional development, financial literacy, leadership development, and individualized support, we help participants prepare not only to secure opportunities—but to succeed and grow once those opportunities are obtained.
Launch In Purpose serves youth ages 14–17 and young adults ages 18–24 who are preparing for employment, college, trade school, career advancement, or greater economic independence.
We support young people at different stages of their journey, including those entering the workforce for the first time, seeking employment, exploring career pathways, preparing for postsecondary education, or needing additional guidance and resources to overcome barriers to success.

Our services are designed to address both immediate workforce needs and long-term personal and professional growth.

At Launch In Purpose, we take a whole-person approach to workforce development.
We understand that success is influenced by more than technical skills. Confidence, access to resources, supportive relationships, exposure to opportunities, financial knowledge, professional development, and a sense of direction all play an important role in helping young people move forward.
Our goal is to meet participants where they are, identify where they want to go, and provide the support necessary to help them get there.
Our work extends beyond helping participants find jobs.
We want young people to understand their value, recognize their abilities, develop healthy professional habits, build financial awareness, become confident leaders, and create a foundation for long-term stability.
Our faith-informed foundation encourages purpose, integrity, service, perseverance, and personal growth while welcoming and supporting youth and young adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

We envision communities where every young person has access to the preparation, resources, relationships, and opportunities necessary to build a meaningful and sustainable future.
Through strategic partnerships with employers, schools, community organizations, government agencies, sponsors, and supporters, Launch In Purpose seeks to create stronger pathways connecting young people to education, employment, mentorship, and economic opportunity.
We are not simply preparing young people for their next opportunity. We are preparing them to walk confidently into their future and Launch In Purpose.
